Located within beautifully wooded rolling hills of Leesburg, VA, TB at Woodburn needed 3D visuals that highlighted the landscape surrounding it. Builder Rendering recorded drone footage for the backbone of the animation and placed 3D models on each 3 acre homesite.

In addition to the 3D animation, we created 3D exterior visuals of the entrance, model homes, and every home design plan that was offered in the community.
