For Regency at Holly Springs in Raleigh, North Carolina, we created a full visual package to showcase the community’s resort style amenities. This included detailed interior renderings of the clubhouse spaces such as the fitness room, gathering areas, lounge spaces, and foyer, with careful attention to material texture, lighting, and architectural detailing to convey an authentic and inviting atmosphere.

We also produced an aerial view of the full amenity zone, highlighting the pool, cabanas, tennis and pickleball courts, recreation areas, and surrounding landscape design. A supporting animation ties these elements together along with a drive through the community, allowing viewers to experience the clubhouse, outdoor amenities, and home styles as a cohesive environment. The final visuals gave Toll Brothers compelling marketing and sales assets that clearly communicate the lifestyle and spatial qualities of the community.
