This large scale development in California features multiple phases of construction, a network of communal gathering areas, modern residential buildings, and a central amenity core. We produced highly detailed exterior and interior renderings along with a full animation to give viewers a real sense of the architectural vision and neighborhood feel of the community.

To support sales efforts, we also developed an interactive 3D application that allows viewers to explore the entire development in full 360 degrees. The tool displays unit availability, building placement, amenity locations, and live status data, giving both the sales team and prospective residents a powerful visual decision making resource.
