For the Chevy Chase Crossing community in Chevy Chase, Maryland, we produced a cinematic animation that combines real drone footage with our 3D modeling work to place the community in its true environment. This approach gives viewers a realistic sense of location, scale, and how the neighborhood will feel once complete.

We also modeled and rendered a variety of streetscapes and public spaces including the park, playground, and surrounding pedestrian areas. The final visuals provided Toll Brothers with compelling marketing content that helps future homeowners envision life in the community and supports early sales and presentation efforts.
