For the Ledgestone community in Georgia, we created a cinematic animation centered around the clubhouse, with special emphasis on the pool, waterfall features, fire pits, and surrounding landscape. Our goal was to capture not just the architecture but also the relaxing, resort-style atmosphere that defines the heart of the community.

In addition to the clubhouse animation, we produced a suite of marketing visuals for the single family home designs offered throughout Ledgestone. These assets gave Toll Brothers strong presentation material for prospective buyers and supported their marketing efforts with clear, photoreal representations of both lifestyle and product.
